These Bitter Melon (Goya) sprouted a few days after my puppy ate the first sprouts. These are about two weeks old. Goya are vines, so I have cords suspended from the roof to the planter to allow them to climb. I have 8 cords, so as they grow I will select the strongest 8 and will remove the rest. As the melon matures, I will place it in a neat for support.
