Bitter Melon (Goya or Nigauri) Fruit

Here is a picture of Bitter Melons (Goya) is the store in a plastic bag. They kind of look like a large bumpy cucumber. They are bitter, but I love them in the traditional Okinawan stir fry dish called Goya Champuru.
