About Five or 6 years ago my wife got a strawberry plant from someone that was leaving Okinawa. It was cute and produced a few Strawberries, but we ignored it the following year and thought it had died, but when we moved to our current home we rediscovered it in the yard and was surprised it was doing just fine.
The tower is five tiers tall. I have 3 more containers, but will not increase the height for fear the wind will topple it.
