Italian Parsley

The Italian Parsley on my second floor balcony is starting to bolt. I suspect it is just too hot. The Parsley in my side garden is still doing fine. Anyway, it just means I can collect more seeds for future planting.

I'm starting to get a lot of Italian Parsley. I do not know how to use it all, so made it into a paste using Olive Oil and froze it.

(10/21) I transplanted the Italian Parsley seedlings from the seeding tray to this planter today. 

Tower

Starting to see Mesclun sprout and one little Beets in the center.

I can see some Italian Parsley sprouting and again one little Beet.
