I bought a Butterfly Pea plant a few months ago and planted it along one on my fences. I has been growing well, but still young and was quite surprised to see it flower.
Butterfly Pea tea is not the best tasting, but it is beautiful. Above is the tea and some lemon juice.
To show how beautiful it can be, we will begin with two glasses of tea.
A few drops of lemon juice has been dropped into the tea on the right side.
In about a minute you can start to see all these beautiful layers of blue and purple. Amazing and beautiful to watch.
