Okay, I can tell by the sprouts these are climbers, like watermelon, cucumber, pumpkin or bitter melon. I have not eaten watermelon or pumpkin in a while, and bitter melon has a very distinct smell. When I rubbed a leaf I could tell this was not bitter melon, so it must be Red Cucumber which makes sense considering how much I've eaten in recent weeks. So, I'm 99.9% confident these are Red Cucumbers.
