It has been less than two weeks since I last made jam, but I got so many the only thing I could do was make more jam.
I got 1.2 kg (2.7 lbs) of cherries. I ended up with 850 grams (1.9 lbs) of pulp after removing the seeds. I added sugar (382 grams) , Vanilla extract (2 tablespoons), Pectin (4 teaspoons) and water (100 ml). I cooked it down until I got a desired consistency, which made 6 (4 oz, 118 ml) jars that I preserved.
