Japanese Sweet Potato (Flower)
(10/27) Today I noticed a flower on one of my Japanese Sweet Potato plants. As I previously mentioned, Sweet Potatoes are not really Potatoes, but rather part of the Morning Glory flower family, which is why the flowers look the same.
I just planted mine for the first time this yr, and I had a flower finally :) I love morning glories, and before I started to grow sweet potatoes, I had no idea they were in the same family. I grew morning glories for yrs without knowing it either.
