(10/5) The Daikon I planted a few days ago are starting to sprout.
(10/6) Three to four sprouts came up from each hole. Many people simply cut off the unwanted sprouts so not to disturb the roots, but I find that extremely wasteful. I dig them up and gently separate and replant them. I may loose one or two, but most do survive. In total, I transplanted about 20 seedlings. And yes, that is a Peanut. I missed one :)
(10/8) 22 Daikon seedlings have sprouted. I've spread them out so there will be enough space from them to grow.
