Today I made Papaya pickles. In fact, nearly our entire meal today was made from Papaya (See the last picture).
Anyway, Papaya pickles are super easy to make:
350 g - Papaya (slice thin)
100 cc - Kantan Easy Vinegar (Kantan Su)
50 cc - Red Shiso Juice (see my post for receipt)
1/2 tsp - Pickle Spice
Mix all the contents and place in the refrigerator until ready to use.
