Mint (Choclate and Lemon Balm)

The Mint behind these red flowers is Chocolate Mint. I want to propagate more once I get some new runners.
I went a little crazy propagating Lemon Balm Mint. I now have it everywhere. It is so easy to propagate.
Lemon Balm Mint
The labels in these pots are old. The top pot is Sweet Mint, the second from the top is Chocolate Mint and the last two are Lemon Balm Mint.
These are all Lemon Balm Mint, except the one sitting on the table. That is Chocolate Mint. I have Spearmint on the other side of the post.

Parsley

This Parsley plant is doing well. As long as I can keep the snails off it, it stays healthy and continues to produce new growth.

Garlic Chives (Nira)

These Garlic Chives (Nira) are doing fine and I use them a lot. I have had this container for years and separated the rhizomes about four years ago and have them in another container, but I'm not seeing any new rhizomes. I do not need any more plants, but just curious why it is not becoming thicker.

Dragon Fruit

The folks at the Community Center gave me these two cuttings about two months ago, because I need another plant for cross-pollination. I have them in water to grow roots, but one of the plants is already starting to grow new branches. They grow quickly. If I can get them in the soil soon, they will probably flower this July or August.

Tomato and String Beans

I got a handful on Tomatoes and String Beans today, but Cherry Tomato season is nearly over and only have a few more on the plant; however, I'm already starting to see new sprouts from fruit that dropped earlier. As for the beans, I keep them going year around by planting a seed every month. There are periods of the year the plants do not produce, but it is a short period.

Pakuchi (Cilantro,Coriander)

These Pakuchi (Cilantro, Coriander) plants bolted and now flowering. I will let them go to seed and collect them for future planting. I plant seeds every couple of weeks and have a few sprouts that I'm already using. It's nice to have fresh herbs handy.

Iris Flower

I had my first Iris flower bloom today. They are such a beautiful flower.

Avocado Tree

I started this Avocado tree from seed in 2018. A couple years ago it was doing well, but suddenly started to die; therefore, I trimmed it and feed it well. Last year it was in pretty poor condition, but it bounced back and recovered beautifully. Avocado tress grown from seed generally take 8-15 years before they start to produce fruit, so I just need to be patient.

Tomato

I decided to pick this Tomato before the birds got it. I presented this a few days ago with a plastic bag over it, but it ripen quickly and thought it best to just pick it. Also, another handful of String Beans.
I picked these Cherry Tomatoes yesterday. I also picked some Mint and made Mint tea.

Pineapple

This Pineapple flower is starting to rise and the Pineapple is starting to take shape.

Tomato

Cherry Tomatoes and String Beans.
Getting a handful everyday.
I have more Tomatoes than I can eat, so will leave this Tomato on the plant until it is completely rip. I have a plastic bag at the top in an attempt to keep birds away.
This is a plant I created from a sucker. These Tomatoes will ripen soon.
This is another plant I created from a sucker.
Once again, these plants are from suckers.
